Who is behind Pirineu Turístic?
We are a family-run business. We personally manage every accommodation, from the renovations to customer service. Every detail is made with care.
What makes your houses different from a hotel?
Our houses feel like home: full of personal utensils and everyday items. They are not cold or standardised. You stay in a place made with love.
Are the furnishings standard?
No. The furniture is handcrafted by us under our own brand, Forta Galo. Every piece is unique and built to last.
Do you use local products?
Yes. We use local (km zero) products whenever possible. We even produce our own eco-pellets from pruning waste to help keep forests clean.
How fast do you reply to the contact form?
Usually within a few hours, always within 24 h. If it’s urgent, feel free to reach us via WhatsApp.
What if I need to change my reservation?
No problem. If you need to modify or cancel, just contact us. We always try to find a flexible, human solution.
